The core of the work
Regular Sessions
Scheduled one-to-one sessions, and the core of the work. This is where we build trust, work through what’s holding you back, and build the habits and clarity to move forward.
Working together
Our first meeting is free, not a sales pitch, but a real chance for both of us to see if this is the right fit. If we decide to move forward, that first conversation becomes part of the programme itself, rather than a separate step before it.

Limited to a small number of clients at a time
For those who want more than scheduled time, the certainty that when something comes up, I’m reachable. During working hours, priority-access clients are the first call I pick up. This isn’t a larger version of regular sessions. It’s a different kind of support, built around availability rather than hours.
One honest caveat: I’m one person. For anything genuinely urgent you should have more than one point of contact, and I’d rather say that now than have you discover it at the wrong moment.
Once we already know each other
Travel and lodging billed separately
For some things, a room isn’t the right setting. Journeys are one-to-one trips, a specific location, specific activities, built around getting somewhere real together that a regular session can’t reach.
These are intensive and personal, and built individually around what we’re working through. They’re something we move into once we already know each other, not a starting point.
Not sure which of these fits? That’s the first conversation.
